Full Story:Sixteen years ago,at precisely 12:08 pm,a revolution in Romania's capital Bucharest overthrew the dictatorship. Television presenter Jderescu decides to analyse the effectiveness of the revolution. He organises a live panel discussion but when his original high-profile guests change their minds about appearing on the show,Jderescu is forced to replace them with two ordinary citizens who insist that they played significant roles in the revolution. With live callers giving their own version of events which differ from those of the two guests,the show turns into a chaotic riot of farce. Corneliu Porumboiu's debut feature film won the Camera d?Or at the 2006 Festival de Cannes.
