Full Story:Megarich Dwarkanath,in order to expand his business empire fixes the wedding of his son Ajay with a business partner's daughter Vinnie. Fearing the loss of his identity,Ajay walks out of his home to show his resistence against the marriage proposal. This doesn't go well with Vinnie,who had braced herself for a life spent with Ajay,and she swears revenge. Ajay,now on a journey to Nanital,meets with an accident,over the course of which,he encounters Neelima and the two fall in love. Further complications arrive when Neelima's mister,in whose house she works,after arriving from England,finds that she resembles his deceased wife.
