Full Story:It is a war of wills: A captured Pakistan-sponsored terrorist swears he will destroy the country while a police commissioner (in whose custody the terrorist is) will not leave any stone unturned to stop the menace that the terrorist is going to unleash from behind the high security prison. A war of words follows between the two strongmen and the stage is set to prove their talents. In the first round,the dreaded terrorist,Wasim Khan (Mukesh Rishi),lives up to his promise as his moles spread arson in the guise of agitating against price hike. He systematically thwarts the attempts of the terrorist's moles and exposes them one by one. The first is DGP Jagannath (Raghuvaran),who enables Khan to establish his base in the city and spread his network far and wide. Naidu kills the DGP and,with the help of his army,a group of four guys who are his diehard fans,nabs Khan's operators. This leads him to cross swords with the kingpin of the nefarious network,R Kumaraswamy,R K Swamy in short (Sri Vasu). One of the ten richest people in the country,Swamy can not only topple state governments but can destabilise the Center as well. And Naidu's war of wills shifts from Wasim Khan to R K Swamy. What follows is high drama. After a long absence,Vijaykant appears on the scene with his macho image intact (this is a film dubbed from Tamil,where it was called Vallarasu). Unfortunately for him,there is nothing new to offer,though some stunts are mindboggling.
