Full Story:DEEWANA MUJH SA NAHIN is a tale of one man's obsession for love and its undesired outcome. Ajay a still photographer working with an advertising agency falls for the charms of model Anita. On the other hand Anita,coming from a well to do family has taken to modeling as a hobby and she does like Ajay,but just as a friend and nothing beyond that. Ajay's jolly nature and carefree attitude becomes an obstacle in the way of his love,for when he expressing his feelings to Anita,she takes it as one of his jokes and takes it lightly. Meanwhile,Anita's elder sister arranges for Anita's marriage with Vikram,son of their family friend. When Ajay comes to know about this he put an engagement ring on Anita?s hand sending Anita and others into a shock. As days pass by and arrangements for Anita-Vikrams marriage is underway,Ajay starts similar arrangements to the annoyance of others. His behaviour sends wrong signals to all concerned,especially Vikram who locks horns with Ajay over this issue. What happens thereafter is more surprises and shocks leading to a very unique and unexpected climax.
