Full Story:Childhood buddies Somu and Vicky belong to polarized sections of the economic class. While Somnath is a shanty slum dweller in Delhi,Vikram is the son of a wealthy industrialist based in Calcutta. When Damodar,Vicky's father,has a stroke,Vicky agrees to temporary take over the mantle of his father's business. In that short while,Vikram has a tiff with the company's labor union head Bipinlal. In order to avoid a conflict,Damodar orders Vicky to apologize. Vicky duly does so. Upon returning to Delhi and narrating the tale of lost pride to his friend Somu,the duo agree to conspire and get even with Bipinlal by arranging for Somu to join the company as a laborer.
