Full Story:Medical students Madhu Roy and Vijay Chaterjee fall in love. Madhu has travelled from Bangladesh to India to pursue her career. When Vijay introduces Madhu to his mother,she approves of her and wedding bells beckon. But when Vijay's mother encounters a picture of Madhu with an older man,she gets suspicious. She journeys to her native Bangladesh to meet Madhu's father,where she finds out that the man was actually her estranged husband who split during the Bangladesh war.
