In addition, when using particular services provided by us such as viewing any clips, or participating in any contests, you shall be subject to any additional guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Permission to use

We hereby grant you permission to use the Website as set forth in this Terms of Service, provided that: (i) your use of the Website as permitted is solely for your personal, non-commercial, legal, ethical and non-vindictive, non-discriminatory and non-racial use; (ii) you will not copy or distribute any part of the Website in any medium without prior written authorization from us; (iii) you will not alter or modify any part of the Website other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the Website for its intended purpose, subject to restrictions by us at any time either prior to or after the use, without assigning any reasons whatsoever; and (iv) you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.

Creation of account

WIn order to access some features of the Website, you will have to create an account (Registered User Account). You may never use another's account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. The data you provide is deemed to be considered as true and correct. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you are solely responsible for keeping your account's password secure. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Although we will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses and claims of the Website or others due to such unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. TERMS:
This Offer is sponsored and organized by Reliance communications Limited in association with Big Flicks Private Limited ("Bigflix") as the technology and platform partner, having its corporate office at 401, Level 4, Infinity, New Link Road, Lokhandwala, Andheri (W), Mumbai 400 053 (hereinafter jointly referred to as "Organisers") and the Offer is open for a limited period from 12th April 2013 till 30th April 2013 for the *Subscribers.

*Subscriber shall mean the rightful user of the Reliance Netconnect Service, and shall be the person in whose name the Reliance Netconnect number is registered, or the employee, who is the user of the internet services, if the Reliance Netconnect number is registered in the name of a company, provided that company issues a letter stating that the employee has been allotted the specific Netconnect number

"Offer" means the offer as detailed in these terms and conditions.
" Offer Period" means the period commencing from 12th April 2013 till 30th April 2013 23:59:59 hours
"Gratification" means "IPL Tickets".

1. This Offer is valid only for existing category of active Subscribers who fulfil the following criteria:
   • Subscriber must be of or above 18 years of age (applicable in case of Individuals).  
   • Subscriber must be a citizen of India.
   • He/she must not have any criminal record nor be of an unsound mind and must have a firm contractual capacity.
   • He/she must not have been either convicted and / or prosecuted for neither commission of any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind.
   • He/she must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court orders etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.
2. Activation and Deactivation Process:
   The subscriber can activate the service by clicking on the link provided on the home page viz. http://www.reliancenetconnect.co.in/
3. Winner Selection:
   The Bumper winners shall be the Subscribers who answered the questions correctly and has subscribed to Bigflix services at its website. In the event of a tie the successful subscriber will be selected through a system generated process to be scrutinised by an independent audit mechanism. The Offer will be applicable to territory of India and the number of winners to be selected will be at the discretion of Organisers. The date of Gratification will be finalized after shortlisted "Subscribers" are validated by Organisers.
4. Charges: As applicable subscription charges shall be Rs. 49/125/249/375 for usage of the Bigflix services. There are no additional charges for participation in this Offer.
5. The winning Subscriber, by acceptance of the gratification, hereby understands and gives his/ her irrevocable consent for personal information relating to such Subscriber to be exchanged with Organizers and /or its Vendor(s) or published and/or communicated to/in any media that it may deem fit, and the Organizers may, at their sole discretion may choose to publish or disclose the name(s), photos, phone number(s) and other details of all participants, if required.
6. Participation in Competition implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of Competition.  Acceptance of the Prize by the Winner constitutes permission for the Organizer and its affiliates to click photographs of the Winner and use the Winner's name, photographs, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide for purposes of advertising and trade without any additional compensation whatsoever.
7. The Organisers shall not be responsible for, or guarantee the quality of the gratification being offered nor shall Organisers be liable for any defect or deficiency in the gratification(s) so obtained/availed, by the winning Subscribers under this Offer.
8. The gratification under the Offer is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances. There will be no cash alternative. Bigflix reserve the right to substitute gratifications of equal or greater value at any time.
9. There shall be a roll-over of gratifications in case the winner/s is/are ineligible. A subscriber shall be considered ineligible if he/she does not conform to the conditions as stipulated hereinabove.
10. No substitution or exchange of the gratification shall be allowed. However, Bigflix reserve the right to substitute and/ or change the Terms and/ or gratification, without any prior intimation or notice to the participants and/ or winner as the case may be.
11. The employees of the Organisers and their group companies, affiliate or associate companies shall not be eligible to participate in this Offer.
12. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion.
13. Bigflix shall not be liable for any delay or loss that may accrue in the delivery of the gratification.
14. The winners shall be liable to bear any other cost that may be incurred by him / her, in availing the gratification. For the purpose of clarification and avoidance of doubt, Gratification does not include any personal expenses of the shortlisted Subscriber and the shortlisted Subscriber shall be responsible for any additional, incidental expenses required to be incurred to avail the Gratification
15. The Offer is valid subject to the winner complying with all Terms and/or formalities as required by Bigflix. Any failure on the part of the participant to comply with the any specified Terms, conditions and/or formalities shall disqualify such participant, at the sole discretion of Bigflix.  Bigflix reserves the right to modify the Terms of the Offer, gratifications etc, without notice to participant.
16. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the gratification shall not constitute any claim against Bigflix.
17. In matters relating to the Offer hereto, the decision of Bigflix shall be final and binding in all respects.
18. This Offer is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Bigflix.
19. Bigflix will not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or damage to property, which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Offer or the gratification in the offer.
20. Bigflix shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
21. Bigflix shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of technical failures before, during, between or after the completion of any Contest, including but not limited to any technical failures in the internet / telephone lines, failure of servers or the failure to provide the correct updates or any mistakes arising out of technical snags. Further, Bigflix shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of any failure(s) which is beyond the reasonable control of Bigflix.
22. All the winners must furnish a copy of their valid Indian ID Proof to claim the gratification amount, or gratification, irrespective of the value of the same, failing which the winners' gratification shall be forfeited, or the gratification shall be rolled over to the next eligible contestant, at the sole discretion of the Organizer(s).
23. This Offer is subject to guidelines/ directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory authority including and not limited to the Income Tax Department from time to time.
24. The decision of the Organisers in respect of all transactions under this offer shall be final and binding.
25. The Organisers shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of technical failures before, during or after the completion of the offer.
26. The Organisers reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, the Terms & Conditions and gratifications at their sole discretion at anytime during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Subscriber.
27. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the  Prize shall not constitute any claim  against Bigflix or Organizer.
28. The Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and any dispute shall be heard by exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
