After the extra-long finale special, we were relieved to hear that Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 is on the way.
Just like the gap between Parts 1 and 2, it looks like we’ll have to wait a bit again. Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 is expected to be released in spring 2024. So, if this pattern continues, we might get to see Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 4 towards the end of 2024 or early 2025.

Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 Speculated Plot
Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 will closely follow the original manga by Tite Kubo, which ended in 2016. However, there will be some deviations from the manga’s storyline, as we’ve seen in Part Two.
Tite Kubo is heavily involved in the anime adaptation. He expressed disappointment in having to rush the last part of the manga due to his health issues. He can present the story as he originally intended with creative control over the anime.
Bleach Part 3 is expected to start around chapter 612 of the manga. However, it’s uncertain how much of the manga’s content will be covered in this adaptation, as new anime-exclusive scenes will be added.
One exciting development is the expanded role of Squad 13 Captain Jūshirō Ukitake. In the manga, Ukitake’s backstory and the true nature of the Soul King are revealed, but these details are rushed. We can expect a more in-depth exploration of these aspects in the anime.
Part Two teased the return of familiar characters like the Vizards and Yoruichi Shihouin, who were notably absent in the initial episodes. Fans can also look forward to more appearances by the popular villain Sōsuke Aizen. Kubo has a fondness for Aizen, so we can anticipate additional original scenes involving him and the Soul Reapers using him strategically against Yhwach.
Viewers can expect captivating battles with impressive animation, power-ups for characters, significant revelations, and a deeper understanding of the Soul Society’s true nature.
Without giving away spoilers, it’s clear that some top Soul Reapers will attempt to reclaim the Soul King Palace from Yhwach and his Sternritter before their invasion reaches its conclusion, all while trying to prevent Uryu Ishida from fully aligning with their cause.
