Gen V has picked two teens to join Seven for the fourth season of The Boys. It’s possible that this team is stronger than any other it’s had before the changes. The Seven are the best group of superheroes in The Boys’ world. After season 3 of The Boys is over, people who buy a lot of Vought goods are not the same as they used to be.
There are seven people in The Seven right now. Homelander, A-Train (who just got a new heart), and The Deep (who often makes jokes about water) are those people. Eric Kripke, who runs “The Boys,” told EW that an actor could dressed up as Black Noir in place of Black Noir. It would get even worse for the Seven after this. Teenagers Cate Dunlap and Sam Riordan will join the Seven in season 4 of The Boys.
They were hints at the end of Amazon’s Gen V season 1. Marie Moreau was going to be turned into a Seven by Ashley Barrett, but Homelander supported Cate and Sam’s plan to take over Godolkin University. That’s why they were called “Guardians of Godolkin.” Most people like Cate and Sam, and Homelander loves them, so it makes sense for them to join the Seven.
The team needs new people when things go wrong. The Boys and Billy Butcher will not like this. The best sign for me that Sam might be Black Noir is that they both see things when they’re upset. We also learned about Black Noir’s past and present. He thinks about having friends. There’s no place Black Noir would rather be than with Buster Beaver and his friends. He remembers the pizza place that was like Chuck E.
Cheese when he was a kid. They’re the last thing he sees before he dies. When he’s sad and feels like he can’t get away, they show up. In the same way, Sam keeps his emotions in check by picturing the people around him as puppets. This season’s famous “puppet massacre” scene showed that Sam kills people so badly because he sees them as puppets.
When he’s happy or sad, like when he slept with Emma or when Jason Ritter and The Deep made fun of him, they show up. Sam and Black Noir both have hallucinations, but they are caused by different things. While Sam was having hallucinations, they were a lot like Black Noir’s. The first puppet he saw might have been a hint from Gen V about this plot point.
